By accessing or using the Fox River Community Theater website, purchasing tickets, making donations, or participating in any FRCT programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
All ticket sales are subject to availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and are inclusive of applicable fees. We reserve the right to change ticket prices at any time without prior notice. Fraudulent, duplicate, or altered tickets will be voided without refund. For information on refunds and exchanges, please review our Refund & Exchange Policy.
You may be required to create an account to purchase tickets or access certain features of our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Fox River Community Theater is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation. Donations made through our website are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. A confirmation receipt will be emailed to you following your donation. Donations are non-refundable unless made in error; contact us within 30 days of the transaction to request a review.
All patrons must comply with FRCT venue policies, including those governing photography, recording, and behaviour during performances. FRCT reserves the right to remove any patron whose conduct interferes with the enjoyment of others, without refund.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and video — is the property of Fox River Community Theater or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
