Front of House

Volunteer Roles

Guide audience members to their seats, distribute programs, and help create a warm welcome at each performance.

Scan and collect tickets at the front door, answer guest questions, and manage entry flow at show time.

Serve beverages and snacks during pre-show and intermission, and help keep the lobby stocked and tidy.

Oversee the front-of-house volunteer team, coordinate with stage management, and ensure a smooth patron experience.

Assist patrons with ticket purchases, will-call pickup, and accessibility accommodations at the box office window.

Welcome guests as they arrive, provide directions, answer questions about the venue, and set a positive first impression.
